Requirement： Bachelor Degree with good command of English in both spoken and written; Quick learner, able to work under pressure; Strong alertness, excellent communication skill; Major unlimited, Management、Economics、Foreign Trade、English major preferred; EIT Planner(计划员培训生)：
Job Description: Communicate with customer about the PO and shipment information; Analyze capacity and material ability; Production build plan for Manufacturing to follow the schedule; Deliver schedule and shipment request; Revenue update. Requirement： Bachelor Degree with good command of English in both spoken and written; Quick learner, able to work under pressure; Strong alertness, excellent communication skill; Major unlimited, Business Administration、Economics、Foreign Trade、English major preferred. EIT Inventory Analyst(库存分析员培训生): Job Description: Ensure on time materials supply for production line, pre-alert & analyze any shortages & closely follow up; Maintain inventory accuracy though cycle count & physical inventory, discrepancies root cause investigation & analysis; Continually focus in improving the Inventory Control operation; Work with whole materials team to serve workcell business development Requirement: Bachelor Degree, major in Statistics /Mathematics/Technology/ Mathematics is preferred; Good command of English in both spoken and written English, quick learner; EIT Manufacturing Engineer （制造工程师培训生）： Job Description: Design and optimize product’s manufacturing process flow according to current technology capability; Equipment capability study and evaluation and lead to minimize machine downtime; Specify equipment’s financial justification; Optimize Production line layout to meet IE standards; NPI (New production Introduction) technical support and design for manufacturing analysis on new and existing products; Support BUM (Business Unit Manager) by Providing accurate Manufacturing quotations; Generate and maintain relevant engineering document to meet production requirement. Develop and maintain efficient, effective, and safe assembly processes for manual and box-build assembly; Identify, analyze, and implement improvement in all manufacturing processes and systems including Process, Material and Information flow system; Work with Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, and manufacturing operations personnel to Design, maintain, and continuously improve the production lines’ performance and flexible, scalable, and cost effective manufacturing process; Supports Business Unit Management by providing accurate Manufacturing quotations; NPI (New production Introduction) technical support; Focus on Production STD time and Efficiency, Line Balance, Flow, Layout and Headcount improvement for mass product; Generate and maintain relevant engineering documents to meet production requirements. Requirement: Bachelor Degree with good English; Major in Industrial Engineering; Strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit. 6. EIT TE Engineer(测试工程师培训生)：
Job Description:
Design /develop test process in conjunction with the customer; To lead and guide a group of test technicians for supporting production lines; To interface with vendors and supplies for machine maintenance and calibration; Support production lines for minimum machine downtime and maintain proper record of all machine preventive maintenance work for ISO requirement; Responsible for new projects/equipment set up and commission. Requirement: Bachelor Degree with good English; Good technical background, major in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation or Testing. 7. EIT QA Engineer(品质工程师培训生)： Job Description:
Monitor process yields throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem, and implement and drive internal corrective actions; Drive customer corrective actions, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions; Carry out experimentation, process capability studies, or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality; Internal Communication, ensure production information is communicated consistently and effectively throughout the line and from shift to shift; Ensure the process being done is in compliance with the Deviation Authorization. Follow up on the changes of the effective and expiry date. Requirement: Bachelor Degree with good English; Good communication skill, major in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation or Testing. 8. Line Supervisor (生产主管培训生)： Job Description:
Maximize product quality and efficiency； Coordinate with Line Manager and organize line workload depending on product priority; Review build to schedule, monitor on time delivery; Ensure work meets or exceeds Jabil Workmanship standards and monitor the SPC system closely in order to fix repetitive and recognized problems immediately. Requirement: Bachelor Degree with good English; Good communication skill, major in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation or Testing. 9. EIT HR (人力资源管理培训生)： Job Description:
Handle HR Recruitment related issues with guidance from direct supervisor; Communicate with Functions to make sure the implementation of relative Recruitment policies, procedures etc; Able to detect potential risk / problems and put forward solutions in daily HR operation.
