JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. is engaged in design, development, production and sales of high-performance solar energy products. Established on May 18, 2005, JA Solar was listed on NASDAQ in the United States (ticker symbol: JASO) on February 7, 2007.  We base on the development path of specialization, commercial production and internationalization. Not only advanced solar cell manufacturing equipments are introduced, but also senior scientists and engineers around the world are recruited to achieve our strategic goals. The management team of JA Solar, formed by a group of experienced international professionals, is actively promoting the company into global platform to focus on the long-term international solar energy industry development, and make sure the extensive utilization of our products all around the world.
JA Solar has built two main solar cell manufacturing facilities in Ningjin, Hebei Province and Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province with a total capacity of 1 GW. We established our 300 MW PV module factory in Fengxian, Shanghai. The capacity of multi-crystalline silicon wafer factory in Donghai, Jiangsu Province is over 100 MW. We are committed   to the research of high efficiency solar cell in our research center in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, and have achieved new type solar cell with an efficiency of over 19% through protracted and unremitting efforts.
In 2009, the sales of JASO reached 3.8 billion RMB and annual shipments achieved 509 MW, which made JASO rank the world's top six and China's top three manufacturers of solar cells. It is expected to maintain a rapid growth in shipments and exceed 1GW in 2010.

　　晶澳太阳能有限公司成立于2005年5月18日，主要从事高性能太阳能产品的设计、开发、生产和销售。2007年2月7日，晶澳太阳能在美国纳斯达克证券交易所挂牌上市（交易代码：JASO）。晶澳太阳能立足于专业化、规模化、国际化发展之路，引进具有国际先进水平的太阳能电池生产设备，聘请世界各地行业内的资深科学家和工程师实现我们战略性的目标。一批拥有丰富经验的国际专业人才组成了晶澳管理团队，他们正积极推动公司进入全球平台，着力于在国际太阳能产业的长远发展，使晶澳产品广泛应用于世界范围。

　　晶澳太阳能在河北宁晋、江苏扬州拥有两大电池生产基地，合计电池产能超过1000兆瓦；在上海奉贤拥有组件生产基地，组件产能超过300兆瓦，在江苏东海拥有多晶硅片生产基地，硅片产能超过100兆瓦。位于江苏扬州的光伏电池研究中心致力于开发新一代高效太阳能电池。通过不懈的努力，目前已经研发出转换效率超过19%的电池片。

　　2009年，晶澳太阳能销售额近38亿元人民币，全年电池片出货量为509MW，位列全球电池片制造商前六，中国电池片制造商前三。预计2010年仍将保持较快的增长，出货量将超过1GW。
