Coach, opportunity, trust, responsibility…that’s what Cooper has been giving
me. I lose and I gain; I make mistakes and I learn from them; I feel puzzled
and I take a tumble... I can feel myself making progress in Cooper everyday. I
should say, Cooper Trainee Program is another university for me, to learn, to
devote. Each team member is nice to work with, helping us adapt to the new ro
les. They are also willing to share and the senior leaders attach a lot of imp
ortance on the talent development strategy. To be frank, pick up Cooper as my
first hirer through several offers is a gamble for me that time. But now I can
say that I win in the game. I have excellent mentor and assignment leader, ch
allenging work, comfortable working environment and I am confident of winning
a promising future through my effort here. Cooper is the right place I would l
ove to work in.

The fastest way to grow is learning from the real war! There’s no more waitin
g, not too much classroom-training, I have become a real warrior fighting with
my boss—Alex for the fast increasing of sales volume in the Southern China.
As a Commercial Management Trainee, I have been facing the changeable commerci
al world under the pressure of business since the first day I came here. The d
istributors are cunning, while the customers are tough; I have to be much more
intelligent to deal with them. The two-year CMP is a process of survival. Alt
hough difficulties and frustration are common things in my daily life, there’
s still a lot of exciting and surprising time coming with every success. Coope
r is a new company in China, every salesman as well as us---CMT has infinite o
pportunities to publicize Cooper products, to develop customers, to win busine
ss wars. I love it, and I am longing for the realization of Cooper China Dream
with the efforts of you and me.

As the first group of operations leadership trainee, I truly feel the emphasis
company puts on the talent development. In the past six months, I joined more
than 10 training sessions, covering the fields of communication skills, opera
tion management, time management, lean manufacture, quality management, financ
e knowledge and etc. Besides, we are given abundant opportunities to be involv
ed in company’s daily operations, and got practice to grow up. In my first as
signment, I successfully improved the performance of equipment and was given t
he 2nd Quarter Outstanding Award. In Cooper, everyone’s effort is acknowledge
d regardless of one’s position or age, which gives us an equal stage to full
play his/her role.

It is a very good start of career as FMT.
Cooper’s warm culture provides a smooth transfer from school to company. Here
we have colleagues like brothers and sisters. Here we have our own mentors wh
o not only generously share financial experience but more importantly help to
establish professional thinking pattern as well.Cooper’s fast growth provides
many opportunities to learn. Not only we have job rotation in finance departm
ent, we can also broaden our view through regular meetings with trainees in ot
her departments. As a team which provides shared service, we have various chan
ces to cooperate with other departments to grasp an integrated way of doing bu
siness. In Cooper, we grow up with fast pace .We are eager to learn something
in cooper every day so that one day we can repay cooper with what we learn as
thanks to what cooper provided us.

We just joined Cooper, a vibrant and lively young company with long history. H
ere, everyone works hard for his/her dream; here, we are growing up day by day
; here, cooperation and encouragement are everywhere; here we are not only wor
king with our Chinese guys but also from the colleagues from the other contine
nts. Such an international team will provide us different and exiting work fee
lings, here, we learn how to solve problems and how to coordinate work with ot
hers. We are so happy to work with so many warmhearted colleagues. Training ca
n provide us more knowledge in my field, and also let me know a lot about the
company. Team-buildings give us more opportunity to know our team members.
